We get to work the moment you make initial contact by assigning one of our qualified agents as your single point of contact.

Terms of Business

We will send over our Terms of Business for electronic signature along with a GDPR authority form. This allows us to request the relevant information and documents needed for the handover.

We request the required documents

We provide a clear list of the documents that need to be transferred to us. This helps make sure nothing important is missed and gives you or your current agent a simple checklist to work from.

The documents are sent to us

You or your current agent send over the tenancy paperwork, compliance certificates, and any supporting records we need. We can then begin reviewing everything properly.

We carry out a compliance check

Once the documents are received, we check them against current requirements to make sure the tenancy has been set up correctly. This gives you clarity on whether everything is already in place or whether anything needs attention.

We discuss any issues found

If anything is missing, out of date, or needs correcting, we will talk it through with you clearly. We will explain what the issue is, why it matters, and what needs to happen next.

We help put things right

Where possible, we will help arrange or rectify the outstanding issues so the tenancy is brought up to the required standard. Our aim is to make the switch as smooth and stress free as possible.

We transfer the deposit

Where a tenant security deposit is being held by another agent, we will arrange for it to be transferred into our deposit account. This transfer will be completed within 30 days so that everything is properly in place under our management.

Onboarding complete

Once everything has been checked and any issues have been resolved, the onboarding is complete. Your property is now fully transferred to Vesta Lettings and ready for ongoing management.

Collect and Remit the On-Going Rent

Your Tenant will be instructed to set up a standing order using the details of our protected Client Money Account. We then remit the Rent payment to you (minus our fee).

Send Rental Statements

We try to make your end of year financial accounts go much easier by providing you with ongoing Rental Statements. These will also show up in your Online Portal and App so can be accessed by you 24/7!
