That is why we offer our free Switching Service. The aim is simple. To take away as much of the hassle as possible and make the process feel straightforward, organised, and low stress. If you are already with another agent, we will guide the transition and help make sure the right steps are followed so nothing important is overlooked.

As part of the switch, we will review your existing tenancy documents and safety paperwork to make sure everything is in place and up to date. This can include things like tenancy agreements, deposit information, gas safety records, EPCs, and electrical certification. Where something is missing, out of date, or not quite right, we will let you know and help you understand what needs to happen next.

The goal is not just to move management from one agent to another. It is to make sure your property is transferred properly, your tenants experience a smooth handover, and you feel confident that everything has been checked with fresh eyes.
